Purpose: The camp is designed to introduce the various running, throwing, and jumping events and to develop an interest in the sport of track and field.
Philosophy: To provide the camper with knowledge and skill in each of the track and field events; to teach good sportsmanship and working together as a team; and to introduce training techniques and exercises to improve overall physical condition.
Location: Mt. Carmel Area Stadium (In case of rain, activities will be held at the high school gymnasium.)
Ages: All boys and girls who will enter grades 1 -9 for the upcoming school year.
Dates and Times:

July 29-August 1, 2019

Cost: $ 50.00 which will include a camp T-Shirt.
Checks should be made payable to Mt. Carmel Area T & F Boosters
Staff: Mt. Carmel Area Track Staff and selected members of the senior high school boys and girls track team.
Insurance:

The Mt. Carmel Area Track Team will not furnish accident coverage. Each camper will be required to have his/her own accident insurance. Please sign the waiver of claim form, which is part of the application form and return.
